Types of email notifications
Selecting email notifications you would like to receive from Binti streamlines your workflow and ensures that you never miss essential updates. Binti offers five types of notifications:
Notifications in this section enable you to receive an e-mail when you are assigned a new application or complaint.
Notifications in this section enable you to receive an e-mail when you a status change (approval, closure, denial, etc.) occurs on a caregiver application.
Notifications in this section enable you to receive a monthly digest email detailing overdue renewals and renewals that are due in the next 60 days.
Notifications in this section enable you to receive an e-mail when an individual form is completed by a caregiver. Depending on your user permissions, you may choose to receive notifications for all applications, or only applications that you are assigned to.
