Send application link or password reset to a caregiver

How do I send a caregiver a link to their application or help reset their password?

Navigate to the Applicant Data page for a caregiver to access the options below.

If a caregiver has never logged in to their application, you will see a "Send Welcome Email" button. This will generate the standard welcome email for your agency which allows caregivers to activate their account.

If a caregiver has previously logged in to their application, you will see a "Send Reminder Email" button. This will generate the standard welcome email for your agency which allows caregivers to activate their account.

If a caregiver has forgotten their password, you will see a "Send Password Reset" button. This will generate an email which allows caregivers to select a new password before being logged in.  2023-10-05 17.08.52 family.binti.com 3bbc0e80f296.png

 

How can I check if an email was sent to the caregiver prior?

From the Applicant Data page for the caregiver, in the first section Primary Applicant, you will see a field Invite Email Sent At

 

What do I do if a caregiver cannot access their account after following the steps above?

Binti Support is available via chat, email, and phone to assist caregivers in accessing their account. You may also choose to use the options below available on the Applicant Data page.
