License Appeals Report

What is the License Appeals report?

The License Appeals report displays agency-wide data on active and historical license appeals at your agency. It is visible to Agency Admins, Approvals Admins, and Approvals Workers with Access to All Applications.

What data does the License Appeals report contain?

The License Appeals report contains the following data:

  • Family
  • Approvals Worker(s) Assigned
  • Appeal Location
  • Hearing Representative
  • Date Appeal Started
  • Date Appeal Resolved
  • Date Approving Agency notified
  • Date Appeals Body Notified
  • Date Documentation Sent To Appeals Body
  • Pre-Hearing Required
  • Pre-Hearing Date
  • Pre-Hearing Notes

What data can I export from the License Appeals report?

The License Appeals report allows additional data to be downloaded as a CSV:
