How do I add someone to my home?

How do I add a person who lives in or visits my home to my application?

  1. Scroll to the Adults in the home section.
  2. Enter the adult's name, email address, phone number, and the date they joined the home. They will not be able to access their forms if you do not add an email address for them. If an adult in your home does not have an email address, inform your assigned caseworker.
  3. Click the blue "Save & Send Request" button.
  4. Repeat for all adults in the home.
