How do I add an agency worker?

The following steps outline how to add an agency worker:

  1. Navigate to to Agency Tools > Agency Workers 
  2. Click on 'New Agency Worker'
  3. Enter required information including name and email
  4. Select an agency role, enter supervisees if applicable, and provide a contact number
  5. Click on 'Create User'

What does 'Explicitly allow application status changes' mean?

By checking the box for 'Explicitly allow application status changes', an agency worker will be able to move a caregiver between statuses (Recruiting, Applying, In Renewal Process, etc). If this box is not checked, an agency worker will not be able to approve a caregiver.

How do I edit an existing agency worker?

Edit name, email, agency role, external ID, or office/region

The Edit page for agency workers allows you to modify their name, email, supervisees, agency role, external ID, and office/region. 

  1. Navigate to to Agency Tools > Agency Workers 
  2. Find the agency worker you would like to edit
  3. Click Actions > Edit
  4. Modify information as necessary
  5. Click 'Update User'

Edit supervisor assignments

You may use the same steps listed below in order to access the record of an agency worker. In order to update the supervisor for a worker in Binti, do the following two steps:

  1. Open the current supervisor's user profile to remove the worker as a supervisee
  2. Open the new supervisor's user profile to add the worker as a supervisee.

How do I archive an agency worker?

The following steps outline how to archive an agency worker:

  1. Navigate to to Agency Tools > Agency Workers 
  2. Find the agency worker you would like to archive
  3. Click Actions > Archive
  4. Confirm that you would like to archive the user

How do I restore an archived worker?

If you need to restore an archived worker, please reach out to Binti Customer Support. Please note that restoring an agency worker worker does not re-assign supervisory relationships or prior cases.
