How do I view the Referral as a Provider?

Providers will also go to the Service Referrals Dashboard and will be able to view all referrals.

Workers with appropriate permissions will also be able to accept or reject referrals that are in pending by clicking View Service Referral in the dashboard ,and then choosing Accept or Reject in the top right. If they accept, the referral will be moved to in progress and if they reject, they will be asked to give information on why they rejected. Once accepted, they will be able to add service records to the referral, which are linked to the contracted cost data of each service.

Is there any reporting available for Service Referrals?

Referring agency admins or fiscal admins can use the Service Invoice Report to get an overview of service invoices across all of their providers and potentially replace the existing, often manual billing processes at their agencies. Navigate to this report by going to Reports on the blue ribbon, choosing Reports Dashboard, and searching for the Service Invoice Report.
