What is the navigation bar?

Navigation bar as viewed by a Licensing/Placements Admin

The navigation bar, sometimes referred to as the "blue ribbon", is located at the top of every page in Binti. It provides access to the Licensing, Placements, and Case Management modules as well as agency and personal settings. The navigation bar will display options based on your level of permission and access.

Where is the Users menu?

Items from the Users menu are now located in the Agency Tools menu.

Where is the Applications menu?
Applications are now called "Caregiver Applications" and located in the Caregivers menu.
Where is the Intake Family page?
Intake Family is now called "Intake Caregiver" and located in the Caregivers menu.
Where is the Training menu?

Items on the Training menu have been moved to the following locations:

  • "Mark Training Complete" is now "Record Training" and located in the Caregivers menu.
  • "Trainings Attended" is now "Training Attendance" and located in the Reports menu.
Where is the Background Checks menu?

Items on the Background Checks menu have been moved to the following locations:

  • "Complete Background Check Steps" is now "Record Background Check" and located in the Caregivers menu.
  • "Background Check Logs" is now "Background Checks" and located in the Reports menu.
Where is the Complaints menu?

Complaints are now located in the Caregivers menu. The "New Complaint" workflow and "Complaint Log" are located on the same page.

 

Placements/Case Management Module FAQ

Where is the Intake Child page?

Intake Child is now "Intake a Child or Youth" and is located in the Children & Youth menu.

Where is the Children/Youth page?
Children/Youth is now "Children & Youth" and is located in the Children & Youth menu.
Where is the Placements page?
Placements is now "Placement Options" and is located in the Caregivers menu.
Where is the Placements Searches page?
Placements Searches is now located in the Children & Youth menu.
