I am a caseworker and I want to delete a family/applicant in Binti

Overview

Binti staff cannot delete an account at an applicant's request because it may affect agency record-keeping. However, agency workers can request deletion of account dependent on their agencies policies around deletion. We do recommend that agency workers discuss this with their leadership to see if their agency allows deletions.

 

To request deletion as an agency worker

  1. Check with your leadership to find out if they allow for accounts to be deleted out of Binti.
  2. Type "talk to a human" in the chat, and request deletion of the account. Please have the account details available.
