How do I delete a worker’s account?

Overview

Workers can be archived when they leave your agency or should no longer have access to Binti.

This action will un-assign them from all families in their case load. To ensure that families have the support they need, please assign a backup worker to each family before archiving the desired worker. If this is not done prior to archiving, you can view un-assigned families on the Caregiver Dashboard by referring to the "Worker Assigned" column.

 

How to archive a worker’s account

  1. Navigate to Agency Tools > Agency Workers.
  2. Find the agency worker you want to archive.
  3. Click Actions > Archive.
  4. Confirm that you want to archive the user.
