Overview
The Case Loads in Binti report displays an overview of the initial and renewal applications assigned to agency workers. This report helps agencies track staff workloads and monitor upcoming and overdue renewal applications. This does not include inactive applications. The data in this table is updated hourly.
Please note that if a worker has no cases assigned they will not show up on the report.
Columns
- Name
- Agency
- Initial applications (in recruiting and applying statuses)
- Renewals overdue
- Renewals due within 60 days
- Conversion applications (in eligible and applying statuses)
- Total Case Load
Filters
Use filters to customize the report to show only the most relevant data for your needs.
- Click the "Add Filters" button.
- Add your desired filters. Click "Filter" to apply them.
- Click "Clear Filters" to start over.
