Overview
The Family Contacts report in Binti provides detailed information about family contacts, including their ethnicities, last contact date, call response rate in the last 12 months, current occupancy, and the last placement start date. This report helps agencies monitor family engagement and track occupancy rates. Downloading the CSV will also show additional information, such as the number of call with "yes" response, and adjusted capacity.

Filters
Use filters to customize the report to show only the most relevant data for your needs.
- Click the "Add Filters" button.
- Add your desired filters. Click "Filter" to apply them.
- Click "Clear Filters" to start over.
