Status Change Reasons Report

Overview

The Status Change Reasons report in Binti provides insights into the various reasons applicants discontinue the licensing process during a specified period. There are four status tabs across the top: Recruiting Dropout, Withdrawn, Denied, and Post-Approval Closed.

Bar Graph + Tables

The bar graph visually represents the distribution of status change reasons across the four main categories. The table below each graph provides a detailed breakdown of the reasons, showing the number of applications associated with each reason.

 

Recruiting Dropout Tab

This tab shows reasons why applicants dropped out during the recruiting process. Key reasons include:

  • Unresponsive
  • No longer interested
  • Not located in county
  • Not ready yet
  • Not enough capacity
  • Other
  • Specific child no longer needs placement
  • Referred/Applying with another agency
  • Binti application created in error

 

Withdrawn Tab

This tab lists reasons why applicants withdrew their application. Key reasons include:

  • Caregiver chose to withdraw themselves
  • Life circumstance change
  • Reunification with parent(s)
  • Caregiver was uncooperative/non-responsive
  • Caregiver withdrew because of criminal background
  • Other
  • Referred/Applying with another agency
  • Placement moved to permanency
  • Minor was placed or seems like will be placed with another applicant
  • Caregiver withdrew due to complaints/delays with the process

 

Denied Tab

This tab details reasons why applications were denied. Key reasons include:

  • Buildings and Grounds standards not met
  • Non-exemptible conviction
  • Inimical/hostile/unfriendly conduct during process
  • Caregiver was uncooperative/non-responsive
  • Other

 

Post-Approval Closed Tab

This tab displays reasons for closing an application post-approval. Key reasons include:

  • Other
  • Adoption/Permanency finalized
  • Rescinded
  • Moved
  • Approval revoked
  • Health reasons
  • Negative parenting experience
  • Change in family dynamic/structure
  • Unwilling to comply with regulations
  • Specific child left
  • Financial reasons

 

Filters

Use filters to customize the report to show only the most relevant data for your needs.

  1. Click the "Add Filters" button.
  2. Add your desired filters. Click "Filter" to apply them.
  3. Click "Clear Filters" to start over.
