Overview
The status changes report in Binti provides a comprehensive view of the various statuses that cases go through over a specified period. This report tracks the number of cases signed, approved (initial and renewal), recruiting dropouts, withdrawn, denied, and closed (post-approval). It helps in understanding the trends and patterns in application processing and status changes.
Line Graph
The line graph visualizes the trends in application status changes over time. The x-axis represents the months, starting from August 2023 to July 2024, while the y-axis shows the number of applications. Each line in the graph represents a different status, including applications signed, approved (initial and renewal), recruiting dropout, withdrawn, denied, and closed (post-approval). The graph helps in identifying peaks and troughs in different statuses, indicating periods of high or low activity in application processing.
Table
The table below the line graph provides a detailed breakdown of the number of applications for each status across different months, as well as per-month benchmark before the agency began using Binti. The columns represent the months from August 2023 to July 2024, with an additional column for the total count. The rows list the different statuses:
