Overview
In Binti, children are classified as either permanently living in the home (such as adopted or biological children) or agency-managed. Agency-managed children include those awaiting placement, placed temporarily, or who have exited care. These children are added and managed by the agency as part of their foster care, reunification, or adoption processes.
To delete a child who lives in the home

- From any family-specific page, click the "Edit Children in Home" button.
- Find the child you need to delete and click "remove child".
To delete a child managed by your agency

- Type or select "talk to a human" in the chat widget.
- Explain that you need to delete or merge a child profile.
- Binti support will assist in either merging duplicate records or deleting the child from Binti.
