Unfortunately caseworkers don't have the option to recover a deleted document on their own. To recover a deleted document, you’ll need to contact Binti support by specifically typing in 'Talk to a Human' in our chat widget..
To request recovery:
- You will need to type in 'talk to a human' in our chat widget and let us know which document it is you would like for us to try to recover. From there, our team will be able to help restore the document or guide you through any next steps.
