Overview
If you are a caseworker, you can download all documents for a family or child in Binti by using the dedicated download button in their respective sections. Binti has a PDF of All button that allows you to download all documents that have been completed. Please note that if you are an applicant you cannot download a pdf of all but you can download any individual form/document you uploaded online in the 'My Documents" section of the applicant portal.
How to download all documents
- For a family: Navigate to the family’s documents page. In the top-right corner, you’ll see a "PDF of all" button. Select this to download all documents related to the family in one file.
- For a child: Navigate to the child's requirements page. In the middle bottom of the page, you’ll find the "PDF of all" button. Select this to download all the child's documents.
A document or file isn't showing up in the pdf of all
The PDF of all will not include forms that were partially completed online or those that are marked as (previous version)Please note if a document was jut uploaded or completed online it might not reflect immediately in the PDF of all file. Please check again later in the day or if you need the PDF of all urgently please reach out to Binti support by selecting or typing in 'Talk to a Human" in the chat widget.
