Agency Assistance
Click the "Need Help" button in the top left to find your agency's contact information if you need help with any of these issues:
- Contacting my assigned caseworker.
- Providing more information about orientation, trainings, and background checks.
- Providing one-time passcodes or access codes
- Answering child welfare-specific questions, for example:
- I want to be a caregiver for a child who lives in a different county, where should I apply?
- Answering agency-specific questions, for example:
- What kind of facility should I list in this form?
- I don't know where to find my nearby emergency services.
- Managing websites other than Binti.com
Binti tech supporters are not licensed social workers, so they can't assist with the above issues.
Binti Chat
When you use the built-in chat on the Binti website (located at the bottom right corner of every Binti page), you will be connected with our tech support team. To reach binti support type "Talk to a Human" in the chat widget. They can help you with things like:
- Resetting your password
- Unlocking your account
- Uploading documents
- Filling out forms
- Navigating the Binti website
Binti is available to help from 6AM-7PM Pacific time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
