How to login to Binti via MyLA if you are a Louisiana State caregiver

Louisiana State Caregivers and Other Adults: Families are required to establish a MyLA account prior to accessing the HomeReady/Binti portal. Please follow the steps below.
 
 

If you don't have a MyLA account:

1. First Time MyLA Users: Visit my.la.gov to create a MyLA account.
   Set up your credentials on the official Louisiana
   government portal to begin your HomeReady
   application.
   
2. Email Verification: After creating credentials with MyLA, Families will receive an email from Louisiana-Account-Notification@la.gov requesting users confirm their
   email.
3. Sign in to MyLA: Once the email has been confirmed, click Sign-In on the MyLA page.
   Access your verified account to continue to the main
   dashboard.
   
    

Once you have a MyLA account here is how you login to your Homeready portal at Binti.

1. Navigate to https://family.binti.com
2. Click the 'SSO' tab
   
   
   
    
3. Locate your agency name and click Sign in.
   Example: Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services
   (DCFS) Families
   
    
4. Authenticate with MyLA
   Families will be redirected to the official MyLA portal to
   sign in and authenticate before returning to the
   HomeReady Portal.
   

Having trouble with your MyLA account?

Go to "Help" in the MyLA portal if you are having trouble logging in.
