How to login to Binti via SAW if you are a Washington State caregiver

Washington State Caregivers and Other Adults: You will login via Washington's Secure Access Portal also called SAW. Please follow the steps below.
 

1. Go to Washington State's Secure Access Portal. You might have already received a custom email that will provide information on how to access SAW with a direct link.
2. Login to SAW. If you dont already have an account please create one.
3. Once you are logged in you will Add a New Service and choose "I have been given a code by an agency"
4. Enter in the code wacap if you accessing Binti for the first time
5. This will add the Washington Caregiver Application Portal service After the service is added you can select 'Access Now' and you will then be prompted for Multi-Factor Authentication
6. Once that is completed you will be able to enter into Binti by clicking 'Continue'
7. The next time you login to SAW you will just select the Washington Caregiver Application Portal service to connect to Binti.
