Overview
Binti staff cannot delete an account at an applicant's request because it would affect agency record-keeping. However, we can remove your email address to stop future correspondence or so that you can start a new application with the same or a different agency..
If you want your account deleted entirely, contact your agency directly. Whether deletion is possible will vary by agency, but accounts are usually just marked as closed.
To request removal of your email address
- Click or type "talk to a human" in the chat, and request removal of your email address.
- If you do not have access to your account, email us at help@binti.com to make the request.
To inquire if deletion is possible
- Click "Need Help?" on the left side of the page.
- Use the email address or phone number provided on the "Need Help" page to contact your agency.
