Overview
In Binti, your email address can only be used with one application. If you've already used your email address and need to use it again with another agency or application, follow these steps to request that Binti release your email address.
Request the release of your email address
To request that an email address be removed from an old account, please do one of the following:
- Log in to your Binti account and select "Talk to a Human" in the chat widget to chat with our support team.
- Email help@binti.com from the email address you need released. If you are a caseworker doing this on behalf of one of your families emaill us from your email address on file with Binti
Important: Once your email address is removed from the old account, you will no longer have access to the information or documents in that account. If you need to keep access to your old account, you can create a new account with a different email address.
