Overview
Your agency uses Binti to email you reminders about your application requirements and to inform you about caregiver resources, upcoming events, and trainings.
Reminder Emails
Reminder emails cannot be turned off. These are critical to ensure that licensing requirements are completed by their due dates.
If you no longer wish to receive any emails from an agency (for instance, if you are no longer a foster parent), Binti technical support can remove your email address from the system.
Note: Once your email address is removed, you will lose access to your Binti account. Please download any completed forms before requesting removal by clicking "My Documents" in the top left, and then clicking each form.
Informational Emails
Informational emails (about resources, events, and trainings) can be turned off on the Communication Preferences page:
- Click your name in the menu on the left.
- Click "Communication Preferences".
- Uncheck the box next to "Email me about support, resources, and upcoming events and trainings from [Agency]".
FAQs
I am not receiving notification emails
Please check your spam folder on your email. If you see the email in there please make sure to mark it as not spam. You can also add contact@binti.com as an allowed sender.
