Expired links
Links expire if you wait too long to click them, or if you request multiple links in a row. Only one link can be active at a time. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Solutions
- If you are the co-applicant on the account, you might receive a link - but it will not work. Login with the primary applicant’s email address and password instead.
- If you made multiple requests, check the time stamps of the emails and click the link in the newest one.
- Before requesting a new link, delete all previous reset password emails that you've received from Binti.
