- Get routed into Binti (KOG SSO login will happen mid-way)
Overview
This article is for applicants, co-applicants, other adults, and references needing to access Binti. In order to access your application and/or any forms you need to fill out in Binti, follow the instructions below to log in or sign in, and to log out or sign out.
- Applicants and other adults access Binti using their email address and password, or their agency’s SSO portal.
- Co-applicants log in with the primary applicant’s email address or SSO credentials.
- References access Binti via the invitation link in their email.
Login with Email Address and Password
- Navigate to https://family.binti.com
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click the “Sign In” button.
Login using SSO
- Navigate to https://family.binti.com

Click the 'SSO' tab
- Use the search box to find your agency, or scroll and select it from the list.
- Click the “Sign In” button
- Enter your login credentials using your agency’s SSO portal.
- You will be redirected to Binti.
I’m a co-applicant and I can’t log in
If you are a co-applicant, you will access Binti using the primary applicant’s email address and password.
I’m a reference and I can’t log in
References do not need a password to access Binti. Simply click the link in your invitation email and you will be automatically taken to your reference form. If you need a new link, you may request one from Binti support or from the family for whom you are providing a reference.
How do I log out?
To log out or sign out on a mobile device:
- Tap the 3-line menu icon (also known as a hamburger icon:
).
- Tap the arrow to the left of your name to expand the menu.
- Tap "Sign Out".
To log out or sign out on a computer or tablet:
- In the left side menu, click the arrow to the left of your name to expand the menu.
- Select "Sign Out".
The code my agency gave me doesn’t allow me to log in
Agency-provided codes are not intended to be used for logging in. These codes are one-time use, and will be entered in a designated field during your application process to indicate that you are ready for the next step.
