Account locks are an important security measure to prevent unauthorized access to your Binti account.
If you get locked out of Binti after multiple failed login attempts, follow these steps below to unlock your account and regain access to Binti.
How to Unlock Your Account
- After three failed login attempts, you will automatically receive an email with an unlock link.
- Open the email and click the unlock link. This will unlock your account and take you back to the login page.
- You can either log in with your existing password or reset your password and then log in.
