Why can't I go to the next step?

Incomplete Requirements

To move forward with your application, all documents and forms on each step in your portal must be completed before proceeding to the next step.

  1. If you are working in a form, look for a message at the top of the page indicating what needs to be completed.
  2. If you are on the main navigation page where all your forms are listed, check the form completion indicators:
    • Before starting a form, the indicator is light grey.
    • As you fill out the form, the grey circle fills in with blue like a pie chart.
    • The circle turns completely blue when all the questions are answered or the supporting document is uploaded.
    • The circle turns green with a white check mark when the form is signed or the supporting document’s expiration date is added (if applicable).

 

 

Pauses for Review

Agencies include review pauses in their application process to check your submitted information before you complete more requirements. If you can't move forward in the portal, it's sometimes due to one of these intentional stops.

These steps often require an access code or passcode to be entered. If you have entered your code and cannot more forward please click "Need help?" in the top left to find your agency's contact information for more information about the code.

 

 

Waiting on Other Parties

Some forms require other parties to sign, and some requirements are completed by your references or other adults in your home in their Binti portals. You can send your other adults and references reminders by clicking the “Send Reminder” button underneath their names.
