Here are the main reasons you might receive an email from us.
Welcome Email (Applicants and Other Adults)
- New Account: You received a welcome email because your agency created an account for you. You will also receive an email if you are an adult in the home of an applicant.
- Next Steps: Follow the instructions in the email to set up your password and access your application portal.
Invitation Email (References)
- New Account: You received a welcome email because someone listed you as a reference for their application.
- Next Steps: Click the link in your invitation email to access your reference form. You do not need an email address or password to access Binti.
Reminder Email
- Incomplete Tasks: Applicants, adult household members, and references receive a reminder email if there are incomplete tasks or forms.
- Next Steps (Applicant and household members): Log in to your application portal at family.binti.com to complete the pending tasks.
- Next Steps (References): Look for the invitation email in your inbox. Click the link in that email to access your reference form.
Upcoming or Expired Supporting Documents
- Expiring Documents: You will receive a courtesy email 60 and 30 days before your supporting documents expire,
- Next Steps: You can disregard these emails until you have new versions of the documents - but don't allow your documents to expire. Log in to your application portal to upload the updated documents to keep your application current.
