- Worker Assignment: Assigned worker(s) for approvals, Assigned worker(s) for CWS, Referring SCFSW, Referring office
- Partner Agency: Partner Agency, Partner Agency Worker
- Referral Details: Referring county, Referring agency for inter-county, Receiving county, Receiving agency for inter-county, Inter-county request
- Status and Identification: CWS RFA ID, CWS FFA Home ID, CWS FFA ID, CWS status, CWS status date
- Intake Process: Intake date, Forms completion (Yes/No), Incomplete Date, Incomplete Reasons, Intake Inbox date
