How do I apply with a different agency?

Overview

If you need to apply with or transfer to a different agency, you should save all your prior documents by clicking "My Documents" in the top left and downloading them. Then, contact support to request that your email address be released from your current account since your email can only be associated with one agency at a time. Once this is done, you can sign up with the new agency.

Request the release of your email address from your old account

Verify that you are the owner of the email address by one of the following methods, and request that your email address be removed from the old account:

  • Login to your old account and chat with our Customer Support team by typing or choosing 'Talk to a Human' in the chat widget.
  • Email help@binti.com from the email address you need released.

Important Note: Once your email address is removed from your old account, you will no longer have access to the information or documents in that account. If you need to retain access to your old account, you can create a new account using a different email address.

Many agencies list their sign up links on their public website, but if you are unable to find it, we can provide it for you.
