Overview
Customizing your email notifications streamlines your workflow and ensures you never miss essential updates. There are four categories of notifications:
- Assignment: Receive an e-mail when you are assigned a new application or complaint.
- Status Change: Receive an e-mail when a status change occurs on a caregiver application.
- Renewal: Receive a monthly digest email detailing overdue and upcoming renewals.
- Form Completion: Receive an e-mail when an individual form is completed by a caregiver. Depending on your user permissions, you may choose to receive notifications for all applications, or only applications to which you are assigned.
How do I customize my email notifications?
- Click your initials in the top right corner of any Binti page, then select “My Account”.
- Select which emails you would like to receive for each category of notifications.
- Click the “Update” button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Notification Category Examples
Assignment
Receive an e-mail when you are assigned a new application or complaint.
