Utilization Report

Overview

The Utilization Report in Binti provides insights into how agency staff use Binti. This report displays various metrics such as the percentage of cases with Binti online access and the completion rate of applicant and agency forms. The data in this table is updated hourly.

 

Columns

Name Description
Agency Staff Name of the agency worker.
Binti Access The worker's role in Binti.
% Cases with Binti Online Access The percentage of families in the staff member's caseload which have access to Binti.

# Case notes/month

The number of case notes added in the past 30 days. This is a rolling number, not based on the calendar month.
# Cases with "Days Since Application Signed" column showing "Not Started" (Applying Only) Number of families which have not yet signed their applications.

# Cases with Unknown Days Since Placement (Applying Only)

Number of cases for which the pre-approval placements section has not been completed.

% Applicant forms completed online

Percentage of applicant forms that have been completed online, across all assigned families.

% Agency forms completed online

Percentage of agency forms that have been completed online, across all assigned families.

 

 

Filters

Use filters to customize the report to show only the most relevant data for your needs.

  1. Click the "Add Filters" button.
  2. Add your desired filters. Click "Filter" to apply them.
  3. Click "Clear Filters" to start over.
