Overview
Binti offers the ability to download a CSV file of many of our dashboards and reports. These CSVs often give more data fields than our default views and/or reports do. If you use a spreadsheet application such as Excel or Google Sheets, you can analyze that data. Please note that CSV files contain a lot of PII so if you are downloading them to your device please be aware of that.
What is a CSV?
A CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file is a simple text file used to store tabular data, where each row represents a record and columns are separated by commas.
Where can I find the CSV file in Binti?
On dashboards and reports where the CSV option is available you will see a download CSV option at the bottom of the page. To download the CSV to your device simply click on the word CSV. Note if the file is larger you will see Request CSV and when you click it the report will be downloaded to My Requested Reports (accessible via Reports in the top blue ribbon)
