Saving / Making changes to my application

Will my information be saved?

As long as you are selecting "Save & Continue" on any pages you're working on, even if a message shows asking you to finish the page, you can still log out and your information will be saved. The "Save & Continue" will be a blue button located in the bottom right hand corner of each page.

Make sure to hit the Save And Continue button to ensure that data entered is saved onto your application. If you haven’t completed all steps in the page, you’ll still be able to save your data and come back to it later by clicking “Continue (Finish This Page Later)” at the top of the page.

How do I make a change to my application?

To add to or make changes, click on the name of the form. All application form names are clickable. You can click on the name to enter into the form and add/edit any information on the form. If the form has already been signed but you need to edit information after it is complete, you can still click on the form name, make any corrections, and then re-sign the form. There are some forms that we may need to reset - if you find this to be the case, please click here.

If there is incomplete information on the form, it will land you on the first page that is incomplete. To the left of any page, you will see a tool bar with a list of the pages within that form. The larger red rectangle shows all sections of the form that are to be completed. The highlighted portion and smaller red rectangle shows the drop-down menus to let you know there are additional sub-sections to be completed within the larger sections of the form.

(There may also be an arrow to the right of the name of a page on that list. If you click on it, it will drop down additional sections.) You can use this method to hop around and add to or make changes. **You may find it easiest to click on the first name in the left hand list and then use the blue "Save & Continue" button on the bottom of each page to move through the pages until you see the one(s) you want to make changes to.

What do the different color circles mean? In the left hand tool bar, to the left of the page name, each section will show one of the following:

  • White circle (no work has been done)
  • Growing blue circle (some work has been done)
  • Fully filled in blue circle (form has been filled in, signature needed)
  • Green circle with check mark (completed)

*This will also be true for any form on the main pages such as the "Application Forms" page.

The progress column will show you the status of each form and how much is left to be completed.
The above figure shows the white circle for Health Questionnaire; the growing blue circle for Supporting Documents; the fully filled in blue circle for the Caregiver Application, and a green check mark for the Live Scan Fingerprints form.

Any page that is incomplete within a form will show an error message at the top of the page within a blue box that will usually say, "It looks like you haven't completed all the fields in this form. If you prefer to complete this form later, you can click Continue and return to it at another time." Directly under that message is a blue button, "Continue (Finish This Page Later) that you can choose to use to bypass that page until a later time (see previous images).

Please make sure on any page that you are making edits to that you are selecting the blue "Save & Continue" button on the bottom of each page (even if it's a page with an error message that you have made changes to) (see previous images).

How do I add an Other Adult?

Applicants are able to add Other Adults to their application themselves from the stage of the application where it is asked of them. The screenshot below shows what the Other Adult section looks like in your application portal. You can change the number in the drop down menu. Applicants will not have access to complete the Other Adult information from their portal because Other Adults have more privacy than the relationship between Applicant A and Applicant B.

Other_Adults_2.png

Other Adults are required to log into their own account to complete their forms. If the Other Adult you enter does not have an email address they will not receive an invitation to complete anything online. Unless an email is added to the Other Adult, all of their paperwork will need to be completed by hand and uploaded by the agency to the Other Adult section.

Can I get a copy of the documents I've completed?

All applicants have access to print PDFs of any document you signed or uploaded.

In your account's left hand tool bar you should see My Documents (top). Clicking into will show you the documents UPLOADED BY YOU & SIGNED BY YOU.  Clicking on the name of the document will produce a PDF (in a new tab) that can be viewed and/or printed.

You will also see the option to select PDF of all Documents to view and/or print all documents listed on that page.

If you don't see the option to obtain a document, you will want to contact the agency to see if they can provide that to you.
