Why is my account withdrawn/closed?

Contact your agency

If you notice that your account status is Withdrawn, Closed, Denied, or Recruiting Dropout, and you still want to apply with the same agency, contact the agency for next steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Need Help' on the left side of your Binti Portal to find your agency's contact information.
  2. Call or send the agency an email explaining that you are still interested in applying with them.
  3. Follow their instructions. They may reopen your account if their policies allow and the account is not too old, or they may instruct you to reach out to Binti support so we can remove your email address and allow you to start a new profile.

 

Apply with a new agency

If you want to apply with a new agency, click "Talk to a human" and request that we remove your email address from the old account. If this request is made outside support hours, we will help you on the next business day.
