How do I schedule a training or orientation?

Overview

To find out where you can get CPR training, other trainings, or orientation details, you can easily access your agency’s contact information.

Steps

1. On the left side of your applicant portal, click "Need Help?"
2. This page will show your agency’s contact details. They can assist you with:
   • Scheduling CPR training
   • Providing training locations
   • Listing other training options
   • Information on orientation sessions
   • Providing a list of background check locations (for fingerprints or livescans)
