Service Referrals are located on the Service Referrals dashboard. Navigate to the dashboard in Binti by going to Children & Youth on the blue ribbon, then choosing Service Referrals in the dropdown. The referrals are separated by status (Pending, In Progress, Closed, and Rejected).
Want to see fewer columns? Click “Columns” near the filters, then uncheck any column you want to hide. “Actions” always stays visible. Binti remembers your choices in this browser, for every status tab. To create a new referral, click the Create New Referral button, and follow the prompts. When creating, you will be asked for the child the service is for, the provider providing the service, and a section to list any other details about the service.
