What is an Applicant/Co-applicant External ID?
The Applicant/Co-applicant External ID is an optional alphanumeric identifier that can be associated with a caregiver. This ID field can be used to match records in Binti with external information systems. Typically, these External IDs are added during the initial import of data to Binti. However, it's also possible to add them by using our API.
How do I update an Applicant/Co-applicant External ID?
There are two ways to manage the External ID:
- Preferred: Utilize the API to keep the External ID in sync with external systems.
- Contact Customer Support to update the External ID
