Overview

When agencies make changes to their approval requirements, older applications occasionally need to be manually updated to match. This can sometimes block approval and requires assistance from Binti support.

If an applicant's requirements are not registering as complete, and you have verified that they in fact are, please contact Binti support to refresh the calculators for you. You can reach a human by selecting or typing in "talk to a human".
