Overview
This article is for workers who want to add/edit/remove a co-applicant from one of their providers/caregivers. Applicants must contact support for help modifying co-applicants.
How do I add a co-applicant ?
- Navigate to the Edit Application page.
- Scroll down to the Number of Applicants section and change the number of applicants from 1 to 2. Fields will populate for the co-applicant's information:
- To save, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Update Application" button.
How do I remove a co-applicant?
At this time, only Binti support can remove a co-applicant. We will ensure that vital data is preserved before deleting the co-applicant profile. Please chat with us if you need help removing a co-applicant by choosing or typing in "Talk to a Human" in the chat widget.
How do I edit a co-applicant?
To edit name or date of birth:
- Navigate to the Edit Application page and scroll down to the Co-Applicant section.
- Make the necessary changes.
- To save, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Update Application" button.
To edit email or phone number:
- Navigate to the Applicant Data page and scroll down to the Co-Applicant section.
- Make the necessary changes and save.
