Background Checks Report

Overview

On the main Background Checks Report page, you can view all background checks logged by your agency. Any logs you entered can also be edited or deleted on this page.

Click the Download: CSV button at the bottom of the page to view all background checks logged by your agency. You can use the filter to search for specific time periods, applicants, and types of checks.

 

Columns

Adult Name

Name of the person associated with the background check.

Role

The person's role (applicant, other adult, etc).

Background Check

The background check which was performed.

Status

The result of the background check.

Logged By

Worker who logged the background check.

Date

Date the background check was submitted or received.

Notes

Details about the background check.

Actions

Edit or delete the background check.

 

Filters

Use filters to customize the report to show only the most relevant data for your needs.

  1. Click the "Add Filters" button.
  2. Add your desired filters. Click "Filter" to apply them.
  3. Click "Clear Filters" to start over.

 

Agency

If your role grants access to multiple agencies, filter by agency or partner agency.
Adult Name

Name of the household member associated with the check
Primary Applicant
Name
Search for all background checks associated with the primary applicant's home (including co-applicants and other adults).
Background Check

Filter for a specific background check type.
Logged By

Worker who logged the background check.
Background Check
Status
Filter for background checks which returned a specific status (ie, Exemption Required).
Completed at

Filter by background checks submitted or received within a date range.
