What are services for caregivers?

Services are forms of direct and indirect support provided to caregivers before, during, or after the licensing process. Binti enables tracking of services provided both by your agency and external agencies. Below are some examples from our current customers, but keep in mind that services are completely customizable to the needs of your individual agency.

Examples:

  • Supportive - support groups, referrals to other service agencies, etc.
  • Tangible - safety equipment, school supplies, cribs, etc.
  • Financial - billing rate adjustments, incentives, stipends, etc.

How do I enable service tracking?

If you would like enable Services for your agency, please contact your Customer Success Manager. They will provide a template which will collect the following information:

  • Service categories

  • Service description (optional)
  • Service code (optional for billing/reporting)
  • Funding sources (optional for billing/reporting)

Once you have returned the completed template, your Customer Success Manager will follow-up with next steps.
