Overview
Various user types exist in Binti, each with specific editing permissions. Workers can edit the names of most users, such as applicants and co-applicants. Due to database constraints, the names of other adults must be edited by Binti support staff for them to be reflected across all Binti pages.

Please chat with us if you need help editing an other adult's name by choosing or typing in "Talk to a Human" in the chat widget.
