Why aren't there any training requirements for this family?

Overview

Applicants and co-applicants must have a training track assigned in order for their training requirements to display on the Trainings Requirements page, or in the Training Hours column in the Caregiver Applications dashboard. Training tracks are assigned on the Edit Application page.

This page can be accessed in two ways:

  1. Via the Caregiver Dashboard page: hover over "Actions" for the desired family, and select "Edit Application" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Via the navigation buttons at the top of any caregiver-specific page.

 

 

How do I add a Training Track?

  1. From the Edit Application page, scroll to the Applicant training track field.
  2. Select the appropriate training track from the dropdown list.
  3. Click "Update Application" at the bottom of the page.
