Overview
This article is for workers. Forms can be filled out on the Agency Forms page or on the Documents page, depending on which version of Binti you are using. If you do not see the Agency Forms page listed, then you will fill out forms on the Documents page.
How to fill out a form
- On the Agency Forms or Documents page, find the form you need to complete.
- Click on the title of the form to open it.
- Fill in the required fields with the necessary information.
- Click the blue "Save and Continue" button to save your progress.
NOTE: For essay-style sections, click the "Save" button frequently to avoid losing work. - If the form requires an electronic signature, follow the instructions for e-signing.
