Incomplete Requirements: Check the Progress Panel
To approve an application, all requirements in the Progress Panel (near the top of most family-specific pages) must have green "completion" check marks ✅. Here is an example of a family's Progress Panel with some complete and some incomplete requirements:
The Caregiver Applications Dashboard shows another view of this information.
If an application with incomplete requirements must be approved, this can be done via Approval Override - please see the "Approval Overrides" section below.
ℹ️ When agencies make changes to their approval requirements, older applications occasionally need to be manually updated to match. If the Applicant or Agency Forms columns are not registering as complete, and you have verified that they are, please contact Binti support to refresh the calculators.
Approval Overrides
If an application with incomplete requirements must be approved, you'll need to contact a worker at your agency who has approval override permission.
If your role allows you to override approvals, follow the steps to approve the application as usual. When you click the "Update Status" button, you'll be asked for additional information explaining the reason for the override. Once these fields are complete, click "Update Status" again to finalize the approval.
