Editing a background check
Background checks can be edited directly on the family-specific Background Checks page:
- Navigate to the Background Checks page for the family via the navigation buttons in the top right of any family-specific page, or via the Caregiver Applications Dashboard by clicking on the "Background Checks" column for the family.
- Make any edits in-line on the Background Checks page . Edits are saved automatically.
Deleting a background check
If you logged a background check, you can delete it on the agency-wide Background Checks page:
- In the top blue ribbon, click "Reports" and then "Reports Dashboard"
- Click on Background Checks in the list of reports.
- Use the filter to search for the individual whose background check you need to edit or delete.
- Click the appropriate button and make the necessary changes.
