How do I edit or delete a background check?

Editing a background check

Background checks can be edited directly on the family-specific Background Checks page:

  1. Navigate to the Background Checks page for the family via the navigation buttons in the top right of any family-specific page, or via the Caregiver Applications Dashboard by clicking on the "Background Checks" column for the family.
  2. Make any edits in-line on the Background Checks page . Edits are saved automatically.

 

Deleting a background check

If you logged a background check, you can delete it on the agency-wide Background Checks page:

  1. In the top blue ribbon, click "Reports" and then "Reports Dashboard"
  2. Click on Background Checks in the list of reports.
  3. Use the filter to search for the individual whose background check you need to edit or delete.
  4. Click the appropriate button and make the necessary changes.
