Why can't I access this form?

Overview

If a form cannot be accessed or clicked on, it is usually because the form has already been uploaded. In Binti, uploading a form makes it inaccessible for online completion. 

If you are an applicant you will need to reach out to your agency if you need to edit the form. You can do this by clicking 'Need Help' on the left side of your Binti portal.

If you are a caseworker you can follow the steps below:

 

Solution for Caseworkers

  1. Download the uploaded document and save it to your computer. 
  2. Delete the uploaded document to unlock the online form.
  3. Fill out the form, and sign if required.
  4. Re-upload the prior version to the Other/Miscellaneous section, or to the specific document's slot.
