How do I find the forms and supporting documents from a different approval cycle?

Overview

This article is for workers. If you are a worker, forms and supporting documents from different approval cycles can be accessed via the Documents or Applicant Data page. If you are an applicant or provider, you can view older documents by clicking on their name in the applicant portal and switching to the previous application there.

Past approval cycles

1. Navigate to the Documents page for the desired family.
2. Notice the label in the top left, under the family name. This will tell you the status of the Documents page you are currently on (Applying, In Renewal Process, etc).
3. Click on the "Documents for Previous Application" button near the top right to access the documents from the last approval cycle.
4. Continue until you have reached the desired approval cycle.

Multiple approval cycles, or future approval cycles

1. Navigate to the Applicant Data page for the desired family.
2. Scroll down to the "Other applications for this family" section and select the desired approval cycle.
3. Click "View Documents" to see the forms and supporting documents from that cycle.
