Overview
This article is for workers. You can see an overview of all your families’ outstanding tasks on the Caregiver Applications dashboard. Forms completed by the agency are listed in the Agency Forms column.
How do I view my tasks for an application?
- Open the Caregiver Applications dashboard.
- Find the relevant application.
- In the Agency Forms column, check for any forms you need to complete. Click the icon to complete any remaining forms.
- Complete and sign any pending forms.
Form Status Guide
- Green check mark: Fully completed and signed.
- Fully blue circle: Completed but requires a signature.
- Partial blue circle: Started but incomplete.
- White (empty) circle: Not yet started.
