Automatic Assignments
When a family is approved, their renewal application is automatically assigned to the worker who completed the approval process. If you notice a family in your caseload that you think should no longer be assigned to you, check if it is a renewal or an initial application.
Supervisor Assignments
Supervising Workers: Workers who are supervisors will see cases assigned to any workers they are supervising. This means that both the initial approval and any renewals will appear under the supervisor’s caseload.
